Reformer Instructor Course New Dates


Due to the response and oversubscription of the last Reformer Course - The Academy will run a Beginner Improver Reformer Instructor 10 hour course on Saturday and Sunday the 29th/ 30th August 09.

We had a great course full of hard work and fun with some great feed back from those involved.

BODYFIRM Therapy Clinic


Irelands first and only Pilates Movement Therapy centre is open at BODYFIRM Studios in Dublin. Our approach is founded in Health through Movement and Touch, dedicated to Postural and Injury Rehabilitation. Seeing the client as a 'Whole' we can assess and identify poor movement and postural patterns that can / are problematic and causing pain. We then develop programmes based on Pilates Movement Therapy in conjunction with other physical therapies i.e. Remedial Massage, Myofascial Release, Dorn Spinal Therapy and Bowen Therapy

You will become an active participant in your own treatment, you will learn new movement strategies, become more body aware and learn skills to help you maintain the gains you have made with your Therapist.
